Passionate About Inspiring Others

As you now already know, Leadership from Source is my grounding anchor. Leaders who lead from source are here to serve. I have meet many “leaders” who had rank and even authority over people, but that is not leadership. That modality of leadership is yesterday. Would you follow such a leader on a do or die day? I think not.

A leader is aligned with the broader perspective and a leader is a servant to his or her people. A leader asks how may I serve, and in turn those who seek to him or her for leadership will say the same. Leadership from source is authentic, it is vulnerable, and it is powerful. This person I would follow because I trust and know I am held no matter the outcomes. This source leader I will dare to show my own fears and vulnerabilities, and I will dare to be me. No faking, no pretending, no masks. Authenticity.

Alignment with who you really are is for me the key to a satisfying life. Not necessarily always easy, but satisfying because you become stable in you essence and conditions and circumstances in your external reality loose their absolute importance. No matter how and from where the wind is blowing, you are steadfast in your knowing.

Once you start connecting to that nonphysical core part of you, things in your external environment will begin to shift. What you feel inside you will experience in your reality.

I am enthusiastic about restoring the balance between the Human and the Being in Human Beings. My passion is In-Spirit leadership and bringing internal peace to people that enables them to live happier lives.

I love public speaking because it brings life to the important stories of your culture and society. A story told that evokes emotion has more transformative power that most written words. We as human beings are hardwired for stories. They are in our DNA, and a heartfelt story creates everlasting memories in us.

I do public speaking at events, conferences and workshops and I absolutely love and enjoy the connection with the audience. Sometimes magic is created in that encounter. Being able to empower people from the stage and give all the value I am capable of, is just such a rewarding experience. These experiences I am truly grateful for and I feel I am on purpose in those moments.

Assisting people to find their clarity of purpose in their lives is the greatest gift I can receive.

Entrepreneurship is also an important part of my life. Since freedom is perhaps my strongest core value, I have always been drawn towards entrepreneurship and being able to create my own business. I have a few start-ups under my belt. Some apparent “failures” and some looking like “successes”. All of them taught me valuable lessons. I have let go of the notion of success and failure. Inherent in success is failure, and inherent in failure is success. Failure is an action word, it is never who you are. You don’t fail, you produce a result. And from that you learn and grow. That to me is Growth Consciousness. Never attach who you are to what you do. Then if you stop doing you no longer are. To me a tremendous lesson was learned when I discovered and understood this. That I am an extension of source energy or a soul, and I am not my doings. That is such a liberating knowing, and it sets you free. You are you – no matter the conditions, the circumstances or other people. That takes away the disempowering weight of having to be or do anything else than being you.

Know who you are and power beyond what you thought possible from your old limited vantagepoint will start emanating to and through you and you will begin to see and experiences profound changes in your life.

I do coaching one on one. Although I am an educated coach by CTI, one of the best coaching training systems in the world, I do it a little different that others. I see myself as much as a teacher as a coach, and I dare to have opinions that I feel is source talking through me. I myself have cherished the different “teachers” I have encountered in my life. Some of them didn’t even know that they were in fact magnificent teachers. Nor did I often at the time know they were. But as it is written in the old scripts: “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. Since I invest a lot in my coaching/teaching relationships I only commit to a very limited number of clients. And I must feel and know that they are in it for the transformation of their lives, from which there is no going back. No regression. Once we start there can be no turning back. You can’t unknow what you will begin to know.

And the satisfaction of finding your way back to who you really are and stand in complete love and knowing is beyond words.

Those are my words.
